These general terms of sale govern the sale of products offered by LastStudioMC whose SIRET is 94007369500014.
Any order placed on the site implies adherence without reservation to these general terms of sale.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its general terms of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of validation of the order by the Client.
These general terms of sale will be detailed below.
These GTS are available on the site at the following address: https://saoworld.net/cgv.
They are systematically communicated to the Client before the conclusion of the sale.
The Client declares having taken note of these GTS and having accepted them at the time of placing his order.
The validation of the order by the Client constitutes acceptance of the GTS.
The Seller confirms acceptance of the order by sending an email confirmation to the Client.
The Seller may update these GTS at any time. In the event of a modification, the applicable GTS will be those in force at the time of placing the order.
ARTICLE 1 - Object
These general terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between LastStudioMC and the Client.
They determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered on the site.
The Client acknowledges having taken note of these general terms of sale and accepting them.
ARTICLE 2 - Products
The public shop currently offers Crystal bundles. Crystals are digital currency usable only on SaoWorld. Products are subject to availability.
Products are available on the SaoWorld Minecraft server at the following address: play.saoworld.net
The Crystal amount, price and any specific conditions are shown on the product page before the order is confirmed.
Crystals are not legal tender, do not bear interest and cannot be converted into real money.
ARTICLE 3 - Orders
The Client can place an order on the site at the following address: https://saoworld.net/shop
The Client must fill out the order form.
The Client must validate his order.
The validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these GTS.
The Seller will confirm the order by sending an email confirmation to the Client.
ARTICLE 4 - Payment
Payment is secured via the Tebex payment platform.
The Client will receive a payment confirmation by email.
ARTICLE 5 - Service execution
After Tebex confirms payment, Crystals are credited to the Minecraft account provided with the order. A technical delay may exceptionally occur.
Tebex provides the payment confirmation and receipt. If delivery does not occur, the Client may contact SaoWorld support with the transaction reference.
ARTICLE 6 - Withdrawal period
The right of withdrawal does not apply to services already performed.
In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Client cannot exercise his right of withdrawal for the contract for the supply of digital content whose performance has begun with his prior consent and his express consent to the loss of the right of withdrawal.
The Client acknowledges that the service is executed immediately after validation of the payment.
The Client accepts that the service begins upon validation of the payment.
- The Client cannot withdraw after execution of the service.
- The Client requests immediate performance by crediting the Crystals to the Minecraft account provided.
- The Client cannot request a refund after execution of the service.
- Any loss of the withdrawal right does not remove statutory guarantees or rights in case of non-delivery or non-conforming content.
The Client expressly accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 7 - Personal data
LastStudioMC processes the data required to manage SaoWorld accounts, secure the service, initiate orders and deliver purchases.
Depending on the journey, this includes the Minecraft username and UUID, SaoWorld account email, IP address, product identifiers and technical transaction references.
Processing is based on performance of the contract, legal obligations and SaoWorld’s legitimate interest in securing its services.
Billing details and payment data are collected directly by Tebex and its payment providers. SaoWorld does not receive complete payment-card data.
The Client may exercise their rights by email: saoworldmc@gmail.com.
Data is kept for the time required to provide the service, ensure security and meet applicable legal or accounting duties; detailed criteria are provided in the privacy policy.
Data is not sold or used by SaoWorld for behavioural advertising.
Within their assigned role, data may be processed by Tebex for the basket and payment, OctoGency for website hosting, MineStrator for game, database and Redis infrastructure, and OVH for DNS and email.
Tebex applies its own privacy policy to processing for which it determines the purposes, including payment, billing and fraud prevention.

ARTICLE 8 - Intellectual property
Original SaoWorld creations belong to their respective rights holders, subject to the rights held or licences granted. Third-party works, names, trademarks and other elements, including those associated with Sword Art Online and Minecraft, remain the property of their respective owners. Mentioning them does not constitute a claim of ownership by SaoWorld.
SaoWorld is an independent project inspired by Sword Art Online. It does not represent the franchise and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by its rights holders. It is also not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Any reuse of protected content must respect its owner’s rights, applicable licences and statutory exceptions. SaoWorld can only grant permission for rights it holds or is authorised to license.
ARTICLE 9 - Applicable law - Language
These GTS and the operations resulting therefrom are governed and subject to French law.
These GTS are drafted in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall prevail in case of dispute.
ARTICLE 10 - Disputes
For any complaint please contact customer service at the postal or email address of the Provider indicated in ARTICLE 1 of these GTS.
The Client is informed that he may in any case resort to conventional mediation, with existing sectoral mediation instances or any alternative dispute resolution method (conciliation, for example) in case of dispute.

All disputes to which purchase and sale operations concluded in application of these GTS and which have not been the subject of an amicable resolution between the seller or by mediation, shall be submitted to the competent courts under common law conditions.
