Any registration or use of the site implies the User's acceptance without reservation or restriction of these TOS. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these TOS by checking the box preceding the following text: "I acknowledge having read and understood the TOS and I accept them".

In case of non-acceptance of the TOS stipulated in this contract, the User must refrain from accessing the services offered by the site.

https://saoworld.net reserves the right to unilaterally modify at any time the content of these TOS.

  • Redirection to the Tebex Shop: Access our Tebex shop to purchase our in-game points. The purchase process is done directly on Tebex.
  • Access to other Pages & Information: Explore our various pages to get useful information, news, tutorials and more.

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are his/her responsibility.

The non-member User does not have access to reserved services. To do this, he must register by filling out the form. By accepting to register for reserved services, the member User undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information regarding his civil status and contact details, including his email address.

To access the services, the User must then identify himself using his identifier and password which will be communicated to him after his registration.

Any regularly registered member User may also request his withdrawal by going to the dedicated page in his personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable time.

Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in case of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of https://saoworld.net. In these cases, the User accepts not to hold the editor responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

Original SaoWorld creations belong to their respective rights holders, subject to the rights held or licences granted. Third-party works, names, trademarks and other elements, including those associated with Sword Art Online and Minecraft, remain the property of their respective owners. Mentioning them does not constitute a claim of ownership by SaoWorld.

SaoWorld is an independent project inspired by Sword Art Online. It does not represent the franchise and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by its rights holders. It is also not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Any reuse of protected content must respect its owner’s rights, applicable licences and statutory exceptions. SaoWorld can only grant permission for rights it holds or is authorised to license.

ARTICLE 5 - Liability

The sources of the information disseminated on the site https://saoworld.net are deemed reliable but the site does not guarantee that it is exempt from defects, errors or omissions.

The User ensures that he keeps his password secret. Any disclosure of the password, in any form whatsoever, is prohibited. He assumes the risks associated with the use of his identifier and password. The site declines all liability.

The site https://saoworld.net cannot be held responsible for possible viruses that could infect the User's computer or any computer hardware, following a use, access, or download from this site.

The liability of the site cannot be incurred in case of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.

Hypertext links may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, he will leave the site https://saoworld.net. The latter has no control over the web pages to which these links lead and cannot, under any circumstances, be responsible for their content.

ARTICLE 7 - Cookies

The site uses cookies strictly required for security and sign-in, together with local language and basket preferences.

Account and SaoMusic cookies contain a random identifier. They use appropriate security attributes, and server-side values are hashed where applicable.

SaoWorld currently sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies are set when the corresponding feature is used.

Browsers can block or remove cookies, but account sign-in, the basket or SaoMusic may then stop working correctly.

ARTICLE 8 - Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

French legislation applies to this contract. In the absence of amicable resolution of a dispute born between the parties, the French courts will be solely competent to know it.

ARTICLE 9 - Voice Chat Service

The site offers a voice chat service allowing players to communicate in real-time via their microphone.

Audio data transmitted through Voice Chat passes through the SaoWorld/SaoMusic infrastructure so it can be relayed in real time. It stays only in volatile-memory queues, drained on delivery or removed with an inactive client after about fifteen seconds. It is not written to a file, database or Redis.

Voice communications are processed only to provide the technical operation of the service, including real-time transmission, player distance handling, and enabling or disabling Voice Chat.

The service is not direct peer-to-peer: audio data passes through the website relay before being transmitted to other nearby connected users.

The user is solely responsible for the content they transmit via Voice Chat.

Discriminatory, racist, anti-Semitic, homophobic, sexist remarks, or any form of harassment are prohibited.

In case of a report for inappropriate behavior, SaoWorld reserves the right to suspend or ban access to Voice Chat and/or the game server.

SaoWorld cannot be held responsible for statements made by users via Voice Chat.

By using the Voice Chat service, the user certifies being over 13 years old and accepts these conditions.
